Global Health Program(GHP) invited Dr. Chong-I Paul Lo to have a special lecture for all the faculty members and students at 11:00-12:00 on Wednesday, January 24, 2024. Dr. Lo has very senior experience and we believe the participants can gain a lot from this lecture. If you are interested in it, please remember to sign up before 4:00 PM on January 22, 2024.

About: 

Dr. Lo is one of the distinguished alumni of the College of Public Health at NTU. We are really honored to invite him to come back and give us an insightful talk. The talk will be held on 1/24 (Wednesday). If you are an individual concerned about environmental health matters, you cannot miss this speech!

 

Dr. Lo is the owner and CEO of MMG, Inc., an environmental service firm specializing in site assessment, waste management, and risk assessment for both government and private sectors. He has over thirty years of hands–on experience in the environmental field and has received recognition from various United States federal government agencies acknowledging his contributions to environmental operations. 

 

In the past, Dr. Lo assisted the Industrial Technology Research Institute and the Environmental Protection Administration in investigating and remediating unidentified waste sites in Taiwan. Furthermore, Dr. Luo has also conducted courses and training sessions in Taiwan. These trained and supervised personnel from the Environmental Protection Administration, local environmental agencies, private enterprises, and graduate students involved in the investigation and remediation of waste sites.
